CE - Luvdiscs are Da Bombs

Okay, so DVL was bored and hasn't started on any missions yet. So he's not just gonna sit around, so he sent out 4 luvdiscs to 2 members of the Ice Alliance and the Flame Alliance.
ENJOY AN EXPLOSIVE HEART FESTIVAL~~~~

1) The person/pokemon/anon opens the box and finds a luvdisc.
2) The luvdisc plays a recorded message "Happy Heart Festival! From DVL of the Wind Alliance!Bzzzt... Zzzzzt..!"
3) Then BOOM! The luvdisc explodes. <sub>Don't worry, the bombs are not strong enough to kill someone.

DVL just wanna piss off some people, he has nothing better to do.</sub>
